Chapter 1
                                                           A bounty gone
      It was dark, but wasn't it always dark here at Melkrish? Yes, of course, but it seemed too dark even for the planet itself. "Heh, this doesn't concern me!" said Argo. And yes he was right after all. Why did it matter for a bounty hunter such as Argo to care if the planet were dark or not? Argo didn't know at the time being, and shrugged off the idea of such foolishness. He was after a bounty after all, and he would be payed richly if he were to catch him. He continued on through the allyway, a pretty narrow one even for the allyway, but the citizens of Melkrish had the body structure of tall, slender bodies. So, it was obvious that such allyways would be more narrow than usual. Not only that,b tu this city was extremly dangerous especially since Melkrish was an outlwaed planet. Since it was Outlawed, laws from the Inner Sanctum ( a group of planets) never affacted the Melkrishian, creating this planet a perfect place for criminals. Argo would have to be careful if he were to find his bounty.
       After several minutes of running through the allyway, he finally reached the inner part of the city he was in, Alteron. At once he saw blinding lights to every side of the city, magnifecently huge buildings towering over the crowded streets of Alteron. Realizing that he was in the dark for such a long time, his eyes were too much used to the dark. He backed into the allyway, but not far into it. His eyes needed to adjust to the bright lights of the city. "Damndable lights!" gritted Argo. After two long minutes of waiting, Argo's eyes became more used to the light, being able to see a more clearer picture. The city was larger than he had expected. He walked out of the damp allyway, and looked about. He saw huge crowds of tall, greenish, slender creatures. Each with a pole like head and a huge reptil like eye jutting out of their heads. Below the pole like heads showed what seemed to be like mouths. "More like traingular doors..." whispered Argo.
      The city Argo was in was huge, and on at least 3 out of 4 buildiings in each block was filled with neons and huge screens showing other foreign aliens. the sky was filled with flying cars each with no wheels and replaced with a blue underside. That blue underside was special, especially to Melkrishians. This devices are called Men-Gine TX 2. These Men-Gine were engines, but powered with the mental abilities the Melkrishians held. This was special, because not only did they had no use for fuel. but they could give their car their own special "abilities." Argo continued to walk on the sidewalk, passing through the huge crowds of the bluish Melkrishians. As he continued on, he reached into his trench coat to take out his bounty radar. The informant he was working for gave him the very last location Argo's bounty was at. Apparently, it was near the center of the city. he looked forward, and realized that he was already near the center. He continued on until he reached the center.
        It was nothing Argo has never seen in his life. When he reached the center of Alteron, he realized that the center section was circular, with a huge pillar jutting from the middle. The pillar rose higher than all the other buildings, and within it he could see huge lines of blue coming from the ground all the way to the peak. "So this is what powers the city..." said Argo. "Half correct Bounty Hunter!" yelled a voice. Argo turned around, in surprise, to see a man in a hooded cloak. "You!" The man walked slowly to Argo for a minute, and stopped. "We meet again Argo..."
